Q: How do I know I am dealing with
genuine professionals?
A: We will be happy to arrange an initial, no obligation informal
discussion or meeting, either by telephone, webcam, or face to face,
depending on location and the complexity of the task or project
envisaged. We can also provide copies of references and any
relevant qualifications.
Q: How can I be certain that you
understand my requirements and will carry them out competently?
A: We will produce a booking form or proposal for each order which must be
agreed and signed by you, the client, before work can begin.
Each and every amendment will be agreed with the client and added to
the booking form as an addendum. Most of all we will keep up
regular communication by telephone, web conference, email etc. as
appropriate.
Q: How will I be charged?
A: Depending on the amount and complexity of the work envisaged, we may charge you an hourly or project based rate, or if regular assignments are a realistic possibility, a retainer could be negotiated for defined functions. Any extra charges such as postage, telephone calls and non-standard materials etc. will be itemised.
Q: How can I be confident about the confidentiality of any information which is revealed to you in the course of our business relationship?
A: We will of course adhere to the relevant data protection legislation in our business practices and a confidentiality clause is included in the booking form we provide.
